Returns

• We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special offers are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us with your order ID and reason for return.
• Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for pickup or return shipment.

Refunds

• After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
• Such products are eligible for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchange

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested size or design is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
